Inspection discrepancy

The Herald-Leader message boards are aflame over reducing underground mine inspections from 10 per year (six by the state, four by the feds) to four (by the feds). There is relative silence about the state taking action against an abortion clinic that has not been inspected since 2006. Ten times per year for coal mines, but once every 10 years for abortion clinics?
