Bevin lack of concern
Gov. Matt Bevin is displaying a vast indifference for the people and the laws of Kentucky. His plan to destroy Kynect directly expresses an alarming lack of concern for public welfare. His plan to cut higher education, as well as his unnecessary plan for a temporary state government shutdown, indicates the same slash-and-burn approach to governing that has tied Congress up in knots.
