Criticism of Bevin unfair

Why do you constantly berate Gov. Matt Bevin for cutting funding, when in fact, you should have taken the Democrats to the woodshed for not doing anything concerning the pension fund debt?

He is trying to solve a problem that he inherited. Do I agree with all that he cuts? No. That is not the point. Stop being so partisan. Support his efforts to make good the teacher pension fund.
