Put ex-cons in the military

Someone in Frankfort ought to create a law called “The Dirty Dozen” after the 1967 movie starring Lee Marvin.

Criminals are being released back into society and many of them will be back in prison again. Those ages 18 to 35 should be put into the armed services, where they can learn how to be men and become productive in society.
