Allow easier access to Rupp

Lexington Center Corp. deserves the community’s appreciation for making Rupp Arena available for high school graduation ceremonies.

However, accommodating the grandpas and grandmas of graduating seniors should be more inclusive than providing breathing and sitting space somewhere in the arena for the kids’ wheelchair-bound disabled relatives.

Special parking and easy access have never been available at Rupp Arena, but a handy wheelchair rental facility at one or more doors would save a lot of disabled citizens the stress they now endure.
