Chromosomes, not feelings

The June 5 column by John Roberts on gender issues was on target. All laws and rules must be based on concrete, verifiable facts, or they are worthless. All court decisions must be based on facts, not feelings, to make fair rulings. Regardless of what those who are confused about their gender claim, their chromosomes do not lie. They were born male or female and must live by the rules of their physical gender no matter how they feel.
