We have to protect ourselves

With food processing, packaging, growth and distribution what they are, government can do only so much to ensure safety.

The Food and Drug Administration can’t detect every molecule of pesticide, strand of synthetic hormone, trace of bacteria or virus, and to expect it to do so would be unrealistic. For these reasons some people have chosen to take control of their food and go organic or avoid GMOs. Others buy local or grow their own food and livestock to ensure maximum control of their food. After all, you have a vested interest in your well-being, and by being involved and making choices, you hope to live better and longer.

So, if this strikes a chord and resonates, what is it that you just don’t get about personal defense, concealed carry and public safety?
