He’s no Gipper
It’s truly astonishing that the party of Ronald Reagan has nominated a presidential candidate with such apparent affection for an autocratic Russian ruler who once served as a high-ranking KGB operative.
Reagan gave us “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!” But by encouraging Russia to hack into Hillary Clinton’s email server, Donald Trump has, in essence, given us “Mr. Putin, tear down this firewall.”
What a time to be alive.
