Convention music odd

Did anyone hear the music as the Republican convention was closing and delegates were leaving? (C-SPAN continued coverage until everyone left.) The song was “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.” I couldn’t believe it. Convention delegates were bouncing along happily to the beat.

Does this mean the GOP “won't get what it wants” (the presidency), but it will “get what it needs” (Hillary Clinton as president)?

Wait, Alice, I’m going to fall down the rabbit hole with you. Makes more sense.
