Mark your calendar: Here’s when the Reds Caravan will be in Kentucky
As snow and cold blow through Kentucky, the thought of baseball is far from the mind.
However, the Cincinnati Reds threw a curveball right down the pipe Tuesday and announced the dates for their annual Reds Caravan through Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia.
Now led by three-time Manager of the Year and two-time World Series champion Terry Francona, the Reds have reset the bar after finishing fourth in the National League Central (77-85) under David Bell in 2024.
The team announced only dates and sites for the Caravan on Tuesday. Who will travel with the team during the six-day, 14-stop tour in January will be revealed at a later date.
The annual event visits communities throughout Reds country and offers fans the opportunity to meet current and former players, top prospects, broadcasters and front office members.
Fans in Lexington will be able to visit with the team Jan. 25 at Red Mile. The Caravan will stop that same day in Bowling Green at the National Corvette Museum, one day after the only other stop in the Bluegrass — Jan. 24 at Louisville Slugger Field in Louisville.
