Former UK offensive lineman Garry Williams back in NFL
Former University of Kentucky offensive lineman Garry Williams signed with the Chicago Bears, the team announced on Thursday.
Williams, who went to high school at Seneca, most recently played in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers in 2014. He played one game that season, before going on injured reserve with a back injury.
Williams, signed as an undrafted free agent in 2009, played five seasons for the Panthers. He started 21 of 41 games he played in.
He spent the 2015 season in the Canadian Football League with the Calgary Stampeders.
