First pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m. The game will be not be televised over the air or on cable but a live broadcast will be available online at WatchESPN.com.

Kentucky (40-20) finished second in the Southeastern Conference Eastern Division during the regular season and was the No. 3 seed in the league tournament. The Wildcats are hosting an NCAA Tournament regional for the first time since 2006.

Kentucky advanced to Saturday night’s game by winning its NCAA opener on Friday, 6-4 over Ohio University.

North Carolina State (35-23) finished fourth in the Atlantic Coast Conference during the regular season but claimed an at-large berth in the NCAA Tournament as the No. 3 seed in the Lexington Regional.

The Wolfpack won their NCAA opener late Friday night, defeating Indiana 7-6 in 12 innings at Cliff Hagan Stadium.
