Fans interested in watching the construction of the new University of Kentucky baseball stadium as it develops can track the progress on a website.

Ground was broken in March for the stadium on Alumni Drive in Lexington, which is scheduled to be complete by the fall of 2018.

The website provides photos from the work site, plus a time-lapse video of the progress thus far.

The new stadium will feature 2,500 chair-back seats, additional space to accommodate about 4,000 fans for regular-season home games, and the option of temporary seating that could increase capacity to about 7,000 in the event that UK is selected to host NCAA Tournament games.
