Kentucky’s opening night starting lineup includes three freshmen

For its first game against outside competition this 2016-17 season, the University of Kentucky men’s basketball team started three freshmen, a senior and a sophomore.

Kentucky took the floor for its exhibition game against Clarion in Rupp Arena with freshmen De’Aaron Fox, Bam Adebayo and Wenyen Gabriel along with senior Derek Willis and sophomore Isaiah Briscoe.
