Video provides early look at basketball Wildcats
When basketball season tips off in November, the Kentucky Wildcats will take the floor with a roster even more unfamiliar than UK fans have become accustomed to during the John Calipari era.
Three scholarship players who saw limited action last season will be joined by seven newcomers and Hamidou Diallo, who spent the spring semester practicing but not playing at UK.
With that in mind, any glimpse fans can get of the Cats prior to the 2017-18 season is a worthwhile opportunity to get to know the team better.
UK Athletics provided a brief glimpse into how some of the newcomers are spending their summer on campus when it released a video showing the team training Wednesday at Nutter Field House.
