Kentucky men’s basketball Pro Day, held for the first time in its four years in Rupp Arena on Sunday before NBA scouts and an SEC Network audience, proved the Cats again have a freakishly athletic team heading into the season.

In conjunction with the Pro Day workout, CoachCal.com released a guide for scouts featuring athletic measurements including vertical leap, wingspan, agility times and bench press performance.

Freshman Hamidou Diallo led the team in maximum vertical (44.5 inches), three-quarters court sprint speed (3.11 seconds) and body fat percentage (5.28). Freshman Nick Richards topped the chart in height (6-foot-10.75) and strength by registering 15 reps on the 185-pound bench press, five more than the next best, Kevin Knox.

Kentucky basketball used Twitter to highlight and promote the event that aired on SEC Network on Sunday night.

In addition to Sunday night’s events, scouts were invited back to watch a full practice on Monday.
