The University of Kentucky men’s basketball team improved to 15-5 overall and 5-3 in the Southeastern Conference after a 78-65 win over Mississippi State in Rupp Arena on Tuesday night.

Next up for the Wildcats is a visit to seventh-ranked West Virginia in the Big 12/SEC Challenge on Saturday night.
