Kentucky men’s basketball vs. Ole Miss: Get live updates, stats from Rupp Arena

Though a winter storm warning in Lexington has impacted the game time, Kentucky and Ole Miss are set to square off Saturday in a meaningful SEC matchup.

The Wildcats (13-6, 4-2 SEC) and Rebels (11-8, 3-3) will tip off at 11 a.m. at Rupp Arena. The game time was moved up an hour due to severe winter weather in the forecast. The matchup will air on ESPN, as originally planned.

Kentucky has won four in a row since starting conference play 0-2, a streak it’s achieved despite significant injury setbacks. Point guard Jaland Lowe is out for the season with a right shoulder injury. Guard Kam Williams faces a long and perhaps season-ending recovery from a broken foot. Center Jayden Quaintance has missed four straight games with swelling in his surgically repaired knee.

Quaintance is out again Saturday, marking his fifth straight missed game for the Wildcats.

Ole Miss has wins this season at home over Missouri and on the road against Georgia, but analytics site KenPom.com projects the Rebels as favorites in only two of their 12 remaining SEC games.

The Rebels feature former UK point guard Travis Perry, who transferred following his freshman season in 2024-25.

Herald-Leader men’s basketball beat writer Ben Roberts, columnist Mark Story and staff writers Cameron Drummond and Caroline Makauskas will be at Rupp Arena — weather permitting — to answer your questions and provide live news updates.
