Kentucky basketball vs. Vanderbilt: Get live stats, updates from SEC rematch
Nothing much has been easy for this Kentucky men’s basketball team.
Starting Saturday, things get even harder.
That’s when the Wildcats (18-10, 9-6 SEC) host No. 25 Vanderbilt (22-6, 9-6) at Rupp Arena in the first game of a rugged regular-season-ending stretch.
Kentucky can’t finish under .500 in the league, but computer rankings project it to lose all three remaining games, starting Saturday and continuing into next week’s games at Texas A&M and vs. Florida.
The Cats, coming off a 72-63 win at South Carolina on Tuesday that snapped a three-game losing streak, will be in search of revenge against the Commdores. Earlier this season in Nashville, Vandy dominated UK 80-55.
You can follow Saturday’s game — scheduled for 2 p.m. ET on ESPN — in the chat below, which features live stats and play-by-play. Herald-Leader men’s basketball beat writer Ben Roberts, sports columnist Mark Story and staff writers Cameron Drummond and Caroline Makauskas will be on hand at Rupp to provide news updates and answer your questions.
