The Next Cats player pages featuring information on UK’s five men’s basketball signees for the class of 2016 have been updated with the latest game-by-game stats for each recruit.
Edrice “Bam” Adebayo tallied 18 points and 17 rebounds in his playoff opener Thursday night and has been a double-double machine for High Point Christian Academy (N.C.) this season.
Point guard De’Aaron Fox scored 50 points — and made 10 three-pointers — in a game earlier this month and had 42 points in his most recent outing Tuesday night.
Combo guard Malik Monk had 32 points on Tuesday night for his 10th game with 30 or more points so far this season.
Sacha Killeya-Jones, who played a game in Somerset earlier this month, tallied 16 points and eight rebounds in a disappointing senior night loss Wednesday, snapping his streak of 13 consecutive double-doubles.
Reliable statistics for Wenyen Gabriel have been tough to come by this season, but the UK signee has been earning rave reviews for his play at Wilbraham & Monson Academy in Massachusetts.
