Former University of Kentucky standout Tyler Ulis is among eight players in the NBA’s Las Vegas Summer League who are shorter than 6 feet tall.

This week, Ashton Ferguson of the Las Vegas Review-Journal visited with some of those players, including Ulis, to see what it’s like trying to make it in a big man’s league.

“I feel like I’ve proven myself at the college level and high school level. But I have to do it again,” Ulis told the newspaper.

The 5-foot-10 Ulis is playing for the Phoenix Suns.
