Live updates: Kentucky women’s basketball vs. Morehead State

Follow along Wednesday night as Jennifer Smith of the Lexington Herald-Leader and Kentucky.com provides live updates from courtside as the University of Kentucky women’s basketball team takes on Morehead State in Memorial Coliseum.

The game is scheduled to tip off at 7 p.m.

Kentucky (3-1) is led in scoring by seniors Evelyn Akhator (18.8 points per game) and Makayla Epps (16.3). Akhator, who also leads the Wildcats in rebounding at 12.0 per game, has posted four double-doubles to open the season.

Morehead State (3-1) is led in scoring by former Anderson County player Eriel McKee (13.3 ppg), Miranda Crockett (9.8) and Brianna McQueen (9.7).

Kentucky leads its all-time series against Morehead State 28-4. The Wildcats won the most recent meeting, 112-57, on Nov. 18, 2015, in Lexington.
