When the Kentucky women take on Morehead State Wednesday night they will be without reserve forward Kyvin Goodin-Rogers, who suffered a concussion in the Cats’ overtime win at Arizona State on Sunday.
At his news conference on Tuesday, Coach Matthew Mitchell said Goodin-Rogers is going through the concussion protocol and likely will be able to return on Sunday when No. 13 UK faces Colorado at Memorial Coliseum. The junior is averaging 5.5 points through two games this season.
▪ Forward Alyssa Rice, who has missed UK’s early season with a stress reaction in her foot, likely will be able return the the court in two weeks or so, Mitchell said. The sophomore has been able to go without the walking boot more in recent days.
