Final statistics from Kentucky’s Blue-White spring football game

The University of Kentucky football team played its annual Blue-White Spring Game at Kroger Field in Lexington on Saturday.

The spring game format pitted UK’s offense (Blue team) and UK’s defense (White team) against each other. The Blue team came out on top 32-0 in a practice contest with a running clock in which the final score was largely irrelevant. The only way for the White squad to put up points would have been by defensive touchdown or safety.

However, the Wildcats did keep track of individual statistics, so draw your own conclusions about what the numbers might mean.

Real football resumes Sept. 3 at Kroger Field when the Wildcats host Miami (Ohio) for their 2022 season opener.
