Follow along live Saturday afternoon as Jennifer Smith, John Clay, Mark Story and Ben Roberts of the Herald-Leader tweet live updates from Commonwealth Stadium during the University of Kentucky football team’s Blue-White Spring Game.

Game time is noon.

The game is the final event of Kentucky’s annual spring practice, which began in March, and the last chance for coaches to evaluate the team as a whole heading into the 2016 season.

Kentucky finished the 2015 season 5-7 and did not qualify for the postseason. Since then, the Wildcats have changed offensive coordinators, among other staff moves. Drew Barker has been the leader at quarterback throughout the spring. Patrick Towles, who started for most of the season in 2015, has transferred to Boston College.

The Wildcats open the 2016 season Sept. 3 at Commonwealth Stadium against Southern Mississippi.

The Blue-White Spring Game is being televised live on the SEC Network, and is also available on WatchESPN.
