Kentucky got a commitment from star combo guard Cason Wallace on Sunday night, and the Wildcats might not have to wait too long for their next recruit.

There’s been buzz for the past couple of weeks that UK is in a great spot to land five-star point guard Robert Dillingham, and a commitment from the top-10 recruit could come as early as this week. The recruiting prediction websites are starting to reflect Kentucky’s frontrunner status.

Over the past few days, UK has picked up predictions on Dillingham’s Crystal Ball page and Rivals.com FutureCast page from national analysts Eric Bossi, Dan McDonald and Jamie Shaw. Now, all eight of the picks across those two pages are in the Wildcats’ favor.

Dillingham — a 6-foot-3 guard from Hickory, N.C. — is the No. 8 player in the 2023 class, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. He recently made the move from his home state to the Kanye West-backed Donda Academy in California, where he’s expected to play his junior season. He could soon be UK’s first commitment for the 2023 class.
