A big week coming up for Kentucky recruiting. And top UK links from the Next Cats blog.
Many of the biggest stars in high school basketball will be coming to Kentucky later this week, when Louisville will be the home to the latest stop on the 2022 Nike EYBL schedule.
Games will be played Saturday, Sunday and Monday at the Kentucky Exposition Center, and the roster of prospects expected to play features several rising seniors with UK scholarship offers. Major Kentucky targets DJ Wagner, Aaron Bradshaw, Matas Buzelis, Robert Dillingham, Justin Edwards, Kwame Evans Jr. and JJ Taylor — all players who have already received offers to play for John Calipari — will be among those on the schedule.
Other major stars to watch include 2023 forward Ron Holland and several emerging players from the 2024 class, such as Naas Cunningham and Tre Johnson, a couple of top-five prospects with early Kentucky interest. Stay tuned to the Next Cats blog over the next couple of weeks for the latest on the EYBL Louisville event.
