Meet the 2022 Kentucky Junior All-Stars set to face Indiana high school basketball’s best

Lexington Catholic big man Reece Potter and Sayre point guard Kylee Dennis are among the players selected to participate in the 2022 Kentucky/Indiana All-Star Series for high school juniors from this past year.

The rosters announced by the Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches on Thursday also include Jerone Morton and Trent Edwards, two members of Clark County’s Boys’ Sweet 16 state championship team and Sacred Heart’s Triniti Ralston from Girls’ Sweet 16 champion Valkyries.

The players were chosen by the Kentucky All Star Committee and they will play in a two-game series for each gender. The games in Kentucky will be held at Louisville Eastern High School on June 4. The girls will tip off at 2 p.m. with the boys following at 4 p.m. The games in Indiana will be held 2 and 4 p.m. June 5 at Bedford North Lawrence High School in Bedford, Ind.

The rosters for the Kentucky/Indiana Senior All-Stars have already been announced and those games will be held June 10-11 in Owensboro and Indianapolis, respectively.
