Fans make their pick for 2023’s Kentucky high school Mr. Football

Who should win the 2023 Mr. Football award for Kentucky high school football’s top senior player?

The fans voting in our Kentucky.com poll made their choice and it’s Somerset running back Kam Hughes. The Briar Jumpers’ season continues Friday with a state semifinal game against Bell County, so Hughes will be able to keep adding to his resume before the award is announced.

In our poll below, we listed several who should be among the top candidates when the Kentucky Football Coaches Association makes its pick later this year. Check out their stats from our story.

The poll remained open until midnight Nov. 16.
