This week’s Rating the State for girls’ high school basketball in Kentucky, released by Dave Cantrall on Jan. 19, has Sacred Heart leading the top 25 teams in the state, followed by Elizabethtown, Simon Kenton and Christian Academy of Louisville in a tie, and Anderson County.
