Day 3 wrap-up from 2024 Boys’ Sweet 16 State Basketball Tournament in Rupp Arena
The UK HealthCare Boys’ Sweet 16 State Basketball Tournament continued with four quarterfinal games Friday in Rupp Arena.
Those games came on the heels of four opening-round games Wednesday, in which Magoffin County, Lyon County, Adair County and Great Crossing punched tickets to Friday’s quarterfinals. On Thursday, Harlan County, Evangel Christian, Louisville Trinity and Campbell County moved on to the final eight.
Friday’s quarterfinal winners were Great Crossing, Lyon County, Harlan County and Evangel Christian.
