Broadcast plans set for state football finals

Herald-Leader Staff Report

The Web site iHigh.com will provide live video coverage of each of this week's six high school football state championship games, free of charge.

The Herald-Leader's Web site, Kentucky.com, will post links to the iHigh.com broadcasts and to staff writer Mike Fields' live blog so that fans can keep up with all the action as it happens.

Some of the games from Bowling Green will also be shown on a delayed basis on broadcast television.

CWKYT-27.2 in Lexington will show the Class 6A championship on Saturday at 3 p.m. and the Class 5A title game on Sunday at 4 p.m.

Stations in Hazard and Bowling Green will also have delayed coverage of some of the games. Check your local listings for times.

Radio broadcasts of all six state finals games will be live on WVLK-FM 101.5.
