Podcast: Reviewing Kentucky football’s 2019 season and looking ahead to 2020

Kentucky tied its regular season in a nice bow last Saturday, whipping archrival Louisville 45-13 in the Governor’s Cup at Kroger Field. Now 7-5, Mark Stoops’ Wildcats will learn their bowl destination on Sunday.

Fellow Herald-Leader sports columnist Mark Story joined me to discuss the Louisville game. We also review the season, talk about the importance of the bowl game — should Stoops and staff go all-out to win or focus on preparing for next year? — and look ahead to UK’s 2020 prospects. We also discuss recruiting and the upcoming college football early signing period.
