It had to happen sooner or later. John Calpari is taking his Kentucky Wildcats on the road. Not just the road, but to play at an opponents’ gym. That’s Kentucky and Georgia at Stegeman Coliseum for a 9 p.m. start on ESPN.

UK is 1-0 in SEC play after beating Missouri 71-59 last Saturday, but the Cats could be without point guard Ashton Hagans, who nursing an ankle injury. This will be Georgia’s SEC opener, but Tom Crean’s Bulldogs upset then No. 9 Memphis in Memphis 65-62 last Saturday.
