Rondale Moore among top prospects for 2021 NFL Draft

With the 2020 NFL Draft a smashing success last week, it’s never too early to think about the 2021 version.

That’s especially the case if your are Rondale Moore. Purdue’s junior wide receiver, a former high school star at Louisville Trinity, is among those showing up as projected first-round picks in the various mock 2021 NFL Drafts emerging on the web.

After catching 114 passes for 1,258 yards and 12 touchdowns as a freshman, Moore was limited by injuries in 2019. He finished with just 29 catches for 387 yards and two scores. Still, his big-play ability catching the football or returning kicks makes him one pro scouts will watch closely in 2020 — provided there is a 2020 college football season.

Josh Moore, our UK football beat writer, made some educated guesses about possible Kentucky football draft picks for 2021.

Using CBS Sports, Sports Illustrated, USA Today, Fox Sports and Bleacher Report, I put together a list of 50 college football players who project as high draft choices in 2021.
