SEC links: Florida begins a tough four-game stretch with No. 5 Kentucky

▪ Vanderbilt basketball heads to Tennessee with a lot on the line. Vandy is 13-10 overall and 5-6 in the SEC. Jerry Stackhouse’s Commodores have won three of their last four games.
▪ Tennessee will experience plenty of tournament-like atmospheres in stretch run. The Tennessee-Vanderbilt game is a 6 p.m. start on the SEC Network.
▪ South Carolina’s near-miss against Kentucky embodies frustrating season for the Gamecocks. South Carolina is at Georgia in a 2 p.m. game Saturday on the SEC Network.
▪ LSU focusing on areas of deficiencies as the Tigers prepare to play Mississippi State on Saturday. ESPN2 has the 8 p.m. telecast.
▪ Missouri ready to meet up with Ole Miss again. Missouri romped in the first meeting between the teams, winning 78-53 in Oxford on Jan. 23. The SEC Network has the 8:30 p.m. rematch.
