SEC basketball has already taken it on the chin here in November, but a couple of the conference's best teams are in action for this Friday after Thanksgiving television slate.

There is Kentucky, of course. The Cats play South Florida at the American Airlines Arena in Miami at 5 p.m. on ESPN. Ryan Ruocco will handle the play-by-play with Kara Lawson doing color for the telecast.

Before that on ESPN, Texas A&M meets Syracuse at 3 p.m. in the Battle 4 Atlantis final in the Bahamas. Texas A&M reached the final by beating Texas 84-73, then upsetting 10th-ranked Gonzaga 62-61 on Thursday. After beating Charlotte 83-70 in the first round, Syracuse knocked off No. 18 Connecticut 79-76 on Thursday.
