It’s the final Sunday of the regular college basketball season and a pair of Big 10 battles highlight the day.

No. 12 Indiana, which has already clinched the regular season title, plays host to No. 14 Maryland at 4:30 on CBS. Maryland was as high as No. 2 in the AP rankings just a month ago, but the Terps have lost three of their last five games. They did beat Illinois 81-55 last time out.

At 7:30 p.m. on the Big 10 Network, Wisconsin is at No. 19 Purdue. The host Boilermakers have won three of their last four, including an 83-79 victory over Maryland and an 81-62 thumping of Nebraska.

Wisconsin is on a roll, having won four in a row and 11 of its last 12. The Badgers’ biggest win of late was a 67-59 decision at Iowa. The only loss in the current streak came at Michigan State 69-57.

Unfortunately, there’s more news in Badgerland, this time involving recently retired coach Bo Ryan, who was absolved of allegedly using school resources while having an extramarital affair. Ryan told ESPN the affair was “absolutely unrelated” to his retirement.
