Kentucky starts its 2016 NCAA Tournament run on Thursday night at approximately 9:40 against Stony Brook in a first-round East Region game at the Wells Fargo Arena. Kentucky, SEC regular season co-champions and tournament champs, is the No. 4 seed in the East. Stony Brook, the America East champ, is the No. 13 seed.
