ESPN announces early-season SEC football schedule

ESPN has announced its television schedule for early-season college football games involving SEC teams.

Kentucky will open the season on Saturday, Sept. 3 against visiting Southern Miss at 7:30 p.m. on ESPNU.

After the Cats travel to Florida on Sept. 10 for a 3:30 p.m. game on CBS, Mark Stoops’ team returns home on Sept. 17 to face New Mexico State in a 4 p.m. game on the SEC Network alternate channel.
