WaterStone at Hamburg apartment complex to open in 2017
Miller-Valentine Group is building WaterStone at Hamburg, a 264-apartment complex near the intersection of Man o’ War Boulevard and Polo Club Boulevard.
The apartments, described as upscale, will be built in two four-story, elevator-serviced buildings with attached tuck-in garages, according to a Miller-Valentine news release. Construction has begun, and the first apartments are expected to be ready in early 2017. Rents are to start at $990 a month for a one-bedroom apartment, $1,175 for a two-bedroom, and $1,365 for a three-bedroom.
The apartments will include wood-plank flooring, private balconies and patios, and laundry rooms. Kitchens will include stainless-steel appliance, quartz countertops and large freestanding islands.
The complex will have a heated saltwater pool; colonnade and porch lounge areas; and an entertainment area including bar, TV, grills, a fire pit and two courtyard pocket parks, as well as a clubhouse with a fitness center, including a private yoga room.
WaterStone also will include a private playground, an on-site dog park and an indoor dog bath.
Miller-Valentine Group develops and owns real estate in the Midwest, Southeast and Southwest regions. It has offices in Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio; Columbia and Charleston, S.C.; Charlotte, N.C.; and Dallas.
