Gunfire injures one in Monday night Lexington shooting

A shooting in the roadway at 1125 Anderson Street was reported to Lexington police about 10:35 p.m. Monday.

It was the third shooting of the day in Lexington. Neighbors reported that they heard at least 3 gunshots.

Police said the victim was taken to University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital. Neighbors said the victim was a male.
