Royal moochers

The wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle drew media coverage around the world as many excitedly awaited the royal nuptials.

Into this milieu I offer the perspective that the members of the royal family are parasitic elitists who contribute minimally to British society, pampered slackers living off the tax dollars of hard-working British citizens.

Parliament should expel them from their castles, padlock the castle doors, and put them to work for minimum wage. We Americans seem to have forgotten that we fought a war to get rid of people like the royals.
