Kentucky basketball takes over Kroger Field for late-night workout
The Kentucky men’s basketball team took its offseason conditioning program under the lights at Kroger Field late Wednesday night.
With a hashtag of #MidnightStrong the @KentuckyMBB account on Twitter began documenting the workout about 11 p.m. Wednesday.
The players ran the stadium steps, worked weighted sleds and giant medicine balls among other activities under the direction of strength and conditioning coaches Rob Harris and Cameron Bird.
