Lex Glow Ride
Lex Glow Ride, a family-friendly event for bicyclists of all ages and experience levels, will take place on Nov. 5 beginning at 6 p.m. at Coolavin Park. Fall Sneaker Ball at the Signature Club Of Lansdowne
The Community Action Council will hold its first annual Fall Sneaker Ball at the Signature Club Of Lansdowne on Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. The event will highlight the Council’s accomplishments of the past year along with honoring a number of women leaders in the community. Tickets are $90 and include food from Bluegrass Catering, live music and dancing, a signature complimentary drink ticket and cash bar, and a surprise live-performance element. Stevie Wonder Tribute Concert, livestream
Joslyn & The Sweet Compression, Marcus L. The Lexington Singers’ Fall Concert
The Lexington Singers will premiere a new Magnificat by Kentucky composer Johnie Dean as part of their upcoming concert “The Light Within Us” at Calvary Baptist Church on Nov. 7 at 3 p.m. Other choral works illustrating the show’s theme, like the early Greek hymn “Holy Radiant Light,” will also be featured.
