Here is a Lexington list and guide of the best weekend events around Central Kentucky on Friday, Saturday and Sunday if you are bored and need things to do from live music concerts, comedy shows, theatre plays, holiday shopping markets, Lexington’s Christmas parade and three Morgan Wallen country music shows at Rupp Arena.

Lexington Mercantile Co. Holiday Market

The Lexington Mercantile Co. is hosting a holiday market featuring works from local vendors and makers on Dec. 3 from 5-9 p.m. and Dec. 4 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Manchester Music Hall, 899 Manchester St. In addition to handmade holiday shopping, local food trucks will be there. lexingtonmercantileco.com

Greyline Station Holiday and Birthday Block Party

The Greyline Station will celebrate its one-year anniversary with a holiday and block party Dec. 3 from 5-9 p.m. at the public marketplace, 101 W. Matteo Lane at Comedy Off Broadway

Lexington Christmas Parade

Santa Claus is coming to town, specifically downtown Lexington during the annual Christmas parade Dec. 4 at 11 a.m. The march will go down Main Street from Midland Avenue to Mill Street. downtownlex.com

‘Collage: A Holiday Spectacular’ at The Singletary Center

The UK School of Music and the Lexington Singers Children’s Choir will perform their 23rd annual “Collage” concert three times from Dec. 4 to 5 at the Singletary Center for the Arts. Show times are on Dec. 4 at 2 and 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 5 at 3 p.m. Tickets are $17-31. 405 Rose St. SCFAtickets.com.

Illuminated Evening at Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill

On Dec. 4, 11 and 18 from 5-8:00 p.m., Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill hosts the highlight of its holiday events with Illuminated Evening. The historic Harrodsburg village will have holiday music, bonfires and hot chocolate stations., an Elf Shop for holiday crafting and letter writing to Santa, wagon rides down the greenery lined Village road, holiday shopping, lights and visits with Mrs. Claus. Chrismas Bazaar: Holiday Night Market In Winchester

Ashland, The Henry Clay Estate, Tree Illumination Ceremony

Pawhibition adoption event at the Lyric Theatre

Harrodsburg’s Ragged Edge Community Theatre: ‘A Christmas Carol’

Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute concert at The Burl

Mannheim Steamroller at Richmond’s EKU Center for the Arts
