The 20 best things to do in and around Lexington this weekend

Here is a Lexington list and guide of the best weekend events around Central Kentucky on Friday, Saturday and Sunday if you are bored and need things to do from live music concerts, comedy shows, beer cheese and arts festivals to dinosaurs, Bluegrass Fair and street parties.

Jurassic Quest at the Central Bank Center

Jurassic Quest, the nation’s biggest dinosaur experience, will bring “live” dinosaur shows, interactive science and art activities, bounce houses, photo opportunities, and more to the Central Bank Center from June 10-12. Grand Night for Singing

Bluegrass Fair

KET Summer Celebration

The annual major fundraiser for KET takes place June 11 at Donamire Farm with live music, dinner, open bar, silent auction and more. This year’s gala is High Seas themed and costumes are encouraged. Laurel Cove Music Festival in Pineville
