Jeff Ruby’s restaurant offering limited-time Wildcat Madness Cake to celebrate UK basketball
For a limited time, the Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse in Lexington is offering a limited-edition, special cake to celebrate the Kentucky men’s basketball team’s appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
The cake, called the Wildcat Madness Cake, features vanilla-white chocolate mousse, layers of blueberry cake and lemon crumble. The dessert will only be available for a limited time at the Jeff Ruby’s restaurant in Lexington.

The restaurant also offers the Wildcat Cake, a specialty item on the restaurant’s dessert menu year-round. That cake is composed of blueberry cake, Kentucky blackberry jam, cream cheese icing and Chantilly.
The Jeff Ruby’s restaurant in Louisville offered a Cards Madness Cake, which featured raspberry mousse, citrus cake and Oreo crumble.
Kentucky will begin its run in the NCAA Tournament with a first round game against 14-seeded Troy on Friday. Tip-off at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee is scheduled for 7:10 p.m.
