Graeter’s Ice Cream is bringing back a popular spring flavor for a limited time

A popular Cincinnati-based ice cream company is bringing back a seasonal, “fan-favorite” flavor for a limited time.

Graeter’s Ice Cream announced Tuesday that its strawberry chip flavor is returning. The ice cream features ripe, in-season strawberry flavor with its iconic dark chocolate chips mixed in, the company said.

Strawberry chip ice cream will only be available while supplies last in April and May. Graeter’s fans can purchase the ice cream at local scoop shops or online at Graeters.com.

The ice cream will also be used in the chocolate covered strawberry milkshake and strawberry all the way sundae offered at local shops. There are two shops in Lexington, one on Euclid Avenue in the Chevy Chase area and another on Justice Drive in the Hamburg area.

Graeter’s, which is known for its dense, rich French Pot ice cream, brought back its caramel macchiato flavor for a limited time in March. The company has more than 50 retail stores and ships more than 300,000 pints of ice cream each year.

The company also recently remade its brand design with new “bold and evolved” logos.
