New Lexington gastropub offers burgers, egg rolls and different happy hour themes

A new gastropub has opened in Lexington’s suburbs. Timmy Two Time’s opened Sept. 17 at 3330 Partner Place, just off Keithshire Way near Clays Mill Road.

Owner Tim Mars described the place a gastropub with a “small but delicious menu.

Burgers, fresh-cut fries, egg rolls and taquitos are available, as well as daily specials during happy hour. Mars said that he plans different themes for specific days, such as a Greek or Asian during happy hour from 3 p.m.-7p.m. Monday-Friday.

“So each day is going to have like a different little happy hour thing, so you can get an eclectic mix of food,” Mars said.

He said they are working expanding the menu to include vegetarian options.

The small restaurant also has a full bar and is open for lunch and dinner as well as late, he said.

And it has a jukebox for entertainment.
